Pay Day and Direct Deposit

You will be paid every 2nd Friday through Direct Deposit to a bank account of your choice. It’s MANDATORY that you be paid through Direct Deposit. If you have been hired without a bank account, you will not be scheduled to work/orientation until the Direct Deposit information has been provided. You may change you bank account at any time by using the Direct Deposit forms available from your Manager and attaching a copy of a deposit slip or voided cheque.

Vacation Pay

Part-time employees receive a percentage of their accumulated gross earnings as vacation pay which is payable upon request at the time of your vacation (or at the time of termination). Full-time employees should speak to their Manager regarding their vacation entitlement accrual. We require that you provide at least two (2) weeks notice of your intended vacation in order that we can cover your work schedule and ensure that you receive your vacation pay on the next payroll.

Recommended Minimum Wage Guidelines

Vancouver - As of June 1, 2024

Team Members	17.85	$19.85	Employees will start at the Government legislative Minimum Wage of $17.40 per hour.
Team Trainer	18.10	20.10	You will receive a $0.25 increase (or an increase to the position minimum) at the time of promotion. Your review date will then be revised to the following cycle.
Shift Leader	18.60	20.60	You will receive a $0.25 increase (or an increase to the position minimum) at the time of promotion. Your review date will then be revised to the following cycle.
Swing Manager	19.60	$22.60	You will receive a $0.50 increase (or an increase to the position minimum) at the time of promotion. Your review date will then be revised to the following cycle.
Asst. Mgr	21.10	24.10	You will receive a $1.00 increase (or an increase to the position minimum) at the time of promotion. Your review date will then be revised to the following cycle.
First Assistant Manager	24.60	27.60	You will receive an increase to the position minimum at the time of promotion. Your review date will then be revised to an annual review cycle.
Restaurant Manager	$27.15	$35.15	You will receive an increase to the position minimum at the time of promotion. Your review date will then be revised to an annual review cycle.
